"A really big thank you"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

I had my operation on the 30th April for an hysterectomy and repair. From beginning to end my treatment was first class. From the pre op admissions nurse, the surgeon and anesthetists who performed my operation to the ward staff and student nurses I felt that I was in a safe, caring and compassionate environment. I was initially wary and concerned about my operation and going into hospital, however I did not need to have worried, and for that I am truly thankful. Keep up the great work guys you really do make a difference.

Thanks for your comments. Hearing about positive experiences really motivates our staff, and helps us identify where we’re getting things right so we can share good practice across all of our services.
