"Outpatient treatment"

I normally don't write reviews but I feel this special person should be recognised I went to have a growth removed from my face As an out patient and was absolutely petrified I was greeted by a lady who instantly made me feel at ease with her professional yet down to earth approach as she completed the nesesary checks and paper her work , just chatting before the procedure as she reassured me and explained everything was truly amazing within 10 mins I felt totally relaxed and not anxious . Everything was as she'd explained and was waiting for me afterwards with a coffee . Also I also must mention the consultant who performed the removal who was also fabulous and funny , a great experience for something that was nesesary , thank you both so much for your kind and natural manor Kind regards Claire Kelly
