"A+E. followed by stay on Ward 22 Major Trauma"

About: Leeds General Infirmary

Admitted to A+E with badly fractured ankle just before Christmas 2013. Kind friendly staff. Adequate pain relief readily available staff ensdured that x ray proceedure was as pain free as possible. Diagnosis and treatment options clearly explained by doctors. All medical, nursing, therapy and housekeeping staff on Ward 22 were unfailingly kind and caring. The standard of care could not be bettered. I needed surgery to repair my ankle. The operation and recovery were described and explained clearly. Five months later my ankle is almost fully recovered. Thank you.
