Following a trip to a&e which I had been unhappy with, I was taken to the maternity unit. Following a trip down some steps and reduced feotal movement I was placed on the monitor. I was treated exceptionally by a student nurse who was kind and very respectful. She ensured that me and my partner had privacy. She made the experience much more relaxed and provided great reassurance throughout. Me and my partner felt that we could ask any questions and as a first time mum felt listened too. Thank you for the wonderful treatment provided. Bump is kicking away beautifully and the whole experience was much more positive as a result of the friendly staff.
