1. Got on the waiting list for a hernia repair in Jan 08
2. Had an appointment for treatment in Sep 08 - dr. cancelled due to sour throat
3. was told to get a new appointment within weeks
4. found out that they had forgotten me in Jan 08
5. was put back on the waiting list in Jan 08, probably appointment in April 08
6. Have checked if England really is in Europe or rather in Africa
