"Outpatient."

I recently attended your hospital as an outpatient(3 visits to date). From the first phone call I received nothing short of 1st class efficiency, charm and humour. On attending I found that I was not dreaming the attitudes remained the same. The nursing staff kept me fully aware of the treatment I would receive. The consultant and his associates where equally as informative and friendly, kept me so at ease. In my opinion I received 10 star treatment.
