"Never again."

About: Goring Hall Hospital

Even though my hysterectomy operation was a few months ago now I am still shocked at how cold and indifferent some (not all) of the nurses treated me after my operation. Rude and uncaring just about covers it. I was naturally very upset at knowing I could never be a mother after the operation so was astonished when one of the consultants brought his small child into my room while I was being examined - I still can't believe he was so insensitive. I cried afterwards. The rooms were basic, the food pretty bland. I hated my experience there so much I could not wait to go home. A few months before I was in the Montefiore in Brighton and perhaps I was spoiled as to what care I could expect. Goring Hall doesn't hold a candle to the Montefiore.

We are really sorry to read that your experience with us was below expectations. Would you be able to contact me at the hospital so together we can investigate your experience with us further? Kind regards Una Palmer Executive Director - Goring Hall Hospital
