"let down badly."

My son had a op 5 weeks a go has been in pain ever since. Been back to gp, out of hours doctor and a and e to be told 3 different things. Now his so I'll he passed out 3 time today and cut his head open. Lovely paramedics came and took him. They were told to leave him in corridor which they said no to. He has been there 3 hours and now been told its a 3 hour wait from now to see doctor. No one has done anything to cut on his head, all the have done is taken bloods which they done 2 days ago when he was last there! If a hospital can't help you where do you go?.
