"A suspected etached retina"

About: Sunderland Eye Infirmary

After been sent to the A&E department by my optician because she thought i might have a detached retina i was very anxious. I was first seen by a triage nurse who i must say was the nicest nurse that i have met in an A&E department. Her bedside manner was exceptional a very decent and kind person, not only to myself but to a rather loud gentlemen who although was not so much of a nuisance but certainly a character. I waited 3 hours in total but certainly didn't feel that way. A lovely small unit with lovely staff. Regards

Thank you for your very kind words. These will be shared with the staff in the A&E Department at Sunderland Eye Infirmary and I'm sure they'll be delighted that their efforts have made a dfference to you and your experience.
