"Well cared for unlike other NHS trusts!"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

Went to A&E was treated quickly, informed about everything that was happening by helpful and friendly doctors and nurses and reception staff. Was admitted to ESTU and treated very well in a very busy ward. From my observations the nurses treated everyone extremely well even though they appear to be over stretched. They were very caring and helpful and always putting the patients first. The ward is very clean and my stay there although not long was made very pleasant. Other NHS trusts within the Greater Manchester area need to learn some lessons from the Manchester Royal!
