My wife is currently a patient on e3, but has spent time in A&E and c1, her care has varied depending on who and which shift is on, she was admitted with a blood related problem and was seen fairly quickly then put into a room in A&E . From then on it went down hill, it took three hours for a doctor to see her and request blood and other tests. Everyone she appears to be getting better, she has no fluids or pain relief and all she gets told is we need to wait for a doctor, who if she's been lucky is once a day, the night shift appear to be the worst, I am going to make a formal complaint.
