A very stressful time made easier due to the very professional and kind nurse, receptionists and doctor who dealt with my care. No question was unanswered or ignored.
I didn't expect to feel as emotional as I did but the staff were reassuring and kind all the way through. One night, a couple of weeks after the procedure (surgical) I experienced pain that worried me. At 2 am I called the helpline who were also very helpful.
