"Physio Treatment"

I have been having ongoing treatment for two arm, neck and head injuries via physio treament which i have now stopped and gone to an Osteopath for relief, I have had three sessions with the Physio at Mansfield Community Hospital over a six week period and have had no relief at all, I attend and I am given a few basic excersizes to do at home until the next session, I have now been off work for close on two months with no results. Last week on Monday I went to an Osteopath and in one session I have seen an improvement in the movements in my neck, arms and head, therefore I feel the Physio I recieved on the NHS is and was a complete waste of my time and NHS time and a waste a money, I feel this area needs a thorough overhaul as several people I have talked to have had to go down the same path to get any results and get back to work, in my opinion Physio is a complete waste of time .
