my parnter was icu for two weeks as the care there was good as he has been moved to another ward now things about his health are getting missed.one was after an xray it took three days later to find out that my partner had fluid on his heart that had been missed.two he has had a op on his arm all done only to find out that they have now missed two breaks and only one can be fixed.we are losing faith and are just waiting to see what esle is going to be missed....
