"disgusted"

Yesturday I attended north mid 15/05/14. There wasnt enough seating, children running around the small peads waiting area. The floor had a spillage that had not been cleaned and the toys provided were black and not properly kept. In all the times Ive attended nm never have I seen such dirty conditions. I felt as though I had to stop my children from touch everything with the fear of infection. For a hospital it was absolutely disgusting and i will never return to nm unless I have no other choice. There was also a child who attempted to strangle another child and the staff did nothing. Completely disgusted!
