"Urology clinic waiting time"

About: The Huntingdon NHS Treatment Centre

my appointment was Thursday 15 May @ 11:20 I arrived at reception @ 11:10, display screen gave Dr names & waiting times (delays). When I enquired @ Red desk if there was a delay for my appointment I was told by a nurse who was also at the Red desk that my delay was only 5 mins. The actual delay was approximately 1 Hour 20 mins. Not satisfactory.
