"this hospital is a discrase"

im 16 i have been waiting for an orthopaedics appointment for 2 years because of a back problem that has disabled me stopped me from keeping fit and taken away the one thing that is important to me; rugby. this hospitaltold me that after waiting for a phone call from them cnfirm my appoitment date that i had been somehow removed from the list for absolutly no reason and when i asked my GP to refer me in actual act all he did was make me wait 2 months for a letter through he post with the hospital switch bord number on it. cant fault the Emergency department though.
