Friendly, efficient reception. No time to sit - seen immediately and details taken. Within two minutes doctor invited me in to be examined. Consultant then checked assessment and recommended painkillers and return to GP iin Hertfordshire). Long walk from car park (painful knee) - but worth it to see such a well trained smiling team!

Thank you for such lovely feedback I will share your comments with the Emergency Department Team who will be delighted to hear how positively their service wars received. I will note your comments regarding the long walk from the car park and see if there is anything we can do to create a parking area nearer the ED for patients.
