I have had brac2 for over a year now and had to chase round for my own tests and own results with no support in my condition until one day I rang a member of staff at hartlepool Mri department and I broke down crying. He went out of his way not only to reassure me but to follow up my results and to make sure I was Ok. This man is a credit to the nhs as there is consultants getting pained money to lie to patients and have them stressed. Well done for your amazing service x
