I was very impressed with how I was dealt with at my outpatient appointment at St Michael's Hospital. The receptionist was cheery and helpful on my arrival. The nurses kept me updated about how long the wait would be. Finally the consultant was very professional and answered all the questions I had. Well done St Michael's Hospital!
