I took my daughter for the first time for her bloods . I must say , I was stressed as my daughter doesn't like needles , but wonderful staff made this whole expierience so positive ! My daughter wasn't even aware that someone was taken her blood . She left hospital with big smile on her face with new cuddly toy ! Thank you so much xxx
