Every timed outpatient hospital RLI appointment I have been to for several years has been 20min to an hour late with the exception of one that was only 10 minutes late. The doctors and consultants turn up late and react like its there right to be late. The reception staff are always most helpful, an have often apologized in advance, saying that the consultant/doctor is always late. Either change the appointment time and give the consultant more time to do rounds or other appointments. Change the system don't run the system this way because it been run this way (badly) for years.
