About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

I was treated at this unit recently and was impressed with the excellent standard of the unit and kindness shown by every person working there. There are so many complaints about the NHS and it seems unjust when you are treated well and could find no fault at all. Many thanks for the nice coffee. thanks again Terry

Hi Terry Thanks for taking the time to share this with us. It's great to receive feedback from the people we're here to care for, and I was able to take your kind words in person to the Acute Medical Unit so that the team knew how impressed you were and how kind you found them all to be.
