"Brilliant,excellent service well looked after"

I must admit my student has been great and the dental nurses that have helped out have also been great, even though id like to be called by my first name rather then be called sir. I understand that this maybe common practice at first ,but when you have been with your dentist for nearly 12 months it would be nice to be on first name terms,but as i have stated i have found the birmingham dental hospital brilliant and i can't praise my dentist enough she has just been really great and the clinicians are always on hand if the students need to discuss any issues they have. Ive never had a problem at all , i book the appointment with the dentist and a few days later i always get a letter with all my appointments on and even a few days before my appointment i get a text message saying about my appointment. Over all the dental hospital is a great place to go for treatment, the staff are great from the front of house to the dental student through to the clinicians. My dental student has been great and if she is like that at the dental hospital , i hope she is like that when she joins a practice .I cant praise her work she has done enough . Brilliant Best of luck for the future and i hope i get to see the new hospital when its been built
