What I liked
All members of staff were kind and helpful. The consultant has a brilliant 'bedside' manner and makes you feel at ease, his staff are likewise.
Anything else?
Only too often are people ready to jump on the bandwagon and criticise, bad news travels like lightning. The simple things that make a visit to hospital a pleasure rarely find their way into the public domain - well done!!
