What I liked

The only thing i liked is that the nurses of the ward were friendly and attentive, after our nan died there the nurses were clearly touched and had provided excellent aftercare

What could be improved

The doctor which ny nan was under could have done more for her, he refused to carry out tests, and it took over half an hour for a doctor to come down and pronounce the death...I had to pronounce it unofficially and then tell the doctor what the time was!

Anything else?

Lovely nurses, really cared (as they had spent many many hours with my nan and my mother who practically lived there. One doctor who was covering the ward was attentive but the main doctor who she was under didnt care and couldn't be bothered
