What could be improved

Cleanliness could be greatly improved and the positiion of the entrance in relation to the car park, not very user friendly to expect a weak or elderly patient to walk up such a steep hill to the entrance.

Anything else?

My daughter who was 3yrs old at the time of our visit was playing in the childrens play are which actually could be very nice if it were cleaned more often. She picked up a little cardboard rasin packet which i first thought to be one of those pretend play food packets. I opened it and was so disgusted with what I found inside, green, furry, mouldy raisins. That packet must have been there for a long time, as raisins don't go mouldy like that very quickly. I took them to the nurse on duty and all she could say was "oh thats not very good is it" and threw them in the bin.

If my children or I ever need hospital treatment, i would rather travel further to Darent Valley , which is the complete opposite,than risk serious infection or disease here. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN.
