About: Salford Royal

I would like to thank two members of staff in the A and E department for their kindness and consideration when I came into the hospital on Tues 29th April in the evening. They made me feel comfortable and made me laugh when I was worried about having blood taken. Having the right staff can mean a lot and help me through a frightening experience. I have a learning disability and worry about treatment of any kind. Thank you so much. Vicki Sullivan

Thank you Vicki for your feedback. I was pleased to read that you were happy with your treatment in A&E, particularly that you felt the staff were able to put you at ease. We will share these kind words with the staff in the department.
