About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

I went to A&E with laceration to the head. The staff were outstanding. The nurse who primarily dealt with me was outstanding, she really put me at ease, and treated me superbly, unfortunately didn't catch her name, or never got an opportunity to thank her for her excellent care.

Dear Mr Holland I very much hope that I've been able to pass on your thanks to the nurse who primarily dealt with you - I have taken a copy of your feedback to the A&E team at the Princess Royal Hospital to display in their staff room and fingers crossed she's received it.
