(as a service user),

I thought the eat well course was very good.

Staff were brill, it was fun for the children and adults. Learnt a lot, especially about salt and sugar content.

It was a shame more people didn’t get involved.

It is great to hear that you thought the course was very good and as a result you have an increased knowledge around fat and sugar content of foods.
