About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I phoned my GP to see how my appointment was getting on. It had been three weeks and I had not heard.

The waiting list was 2-3 months long. I tried calling the complaints department but they didn’t answer.

If at work, I don’t have the time to run around and arrange appointments.

This is no service in my eyes.
