About: West Middlesex University Hospital

I can only describe my experience of West Mid as glowing. I was met with politeness and efficiency and received what I felt an unnecessary apology for the delay of 15 minutes. It was explained that staff were behind in their schedule and clearly all efforts were made to rectify the situation. Fifteen minutes is nothing! If only all institutions were as hard working and desirous to please. Absolutely top notch! Thanks so much for making my brief visit as brief and as pleasant as you did.
