"Outpatient treatment"

I have now twice had a chest xray here, once a 'walk in' & the other an allocated appointment. Both times I have waited less than 30 seconds (yes really) to be seen & hav ebeen handled very professionally. Also taken my Gran for Urology outpatient appointments & they have been good. Yes on one occaision a machine broke so they could not do a particular test, but this was sorted very for the next appointment. My mum has had physio recently & could not speak highly enough of the service. Having had a 3 hour wrist operation she was told she would get 60 - 80% movement back; she is now at nearly 100% & it has no impact on her day to day life in the opinion of her GP thanks to the fast, regular & good physio she had.
