"outstanding care"

I went to a and e in extreme agony I was triaged in 10 minutes then seen by the surgeon in under 20 minutes the a and e nurses were brilliant especially a male triage nurse working this am I witnessed him save someone's life getting her into resus immediately, whilst I was beig dealt with in a and e my privacy and dignity was met at all times all nurses and hca asking if my pain was being managed and did I need anything an hour later I was on a surical assessment unit again all nurses extremly professional and personal, evan down to theatre I was on my own and everyone made sure I was comfortable understood what was happening took the time to ask me about me! I felt so much at ease ... all I ever hear is bad stuff but I believe this is just people acting in habit the care I recieved was amazing well done to everyone who looked after me today ....
