About: University Hospital Of North Durham

I was admitted for an induction which in the end failed and had an emergency c section. The care was excellent throughout, particularly after my c section. The nurses really cared for me, making sure that I didn't move around too much and were only too willing to help whenever I pressed my buzzer. We felt that we ended up feeling quite close to one nurse who was really warm and helpful, despite my husbands many questions! Couldn't recommend this maternity department enough.
