"Appointments at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital "

About: Manchester Royal Eye Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as other),

Patient was told she needed an appointment at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital in September 2013. She didn't get an appointment until mid January 2014. She was upset about this delay and had become depressed in November 2013 and wasn't eating.

At her second appointment at the hospital in 2014, she attended on time but on arrival found the appointment had been cancelled. Hospital staff told her they had telephoned to notify her of the cancellation, but she didn't receive any calls from the hospital.

She said it was an excellent service once she got there.
