"Excellent care in all departments I've had to..."

From an emergency admittance via ambulance, through to the Acute Medical Unit stay, cardiology investigations and appointments, an Angiogram on Planbed Investigation Unit...plus I've not done yet! I cannot fault the care, investigations and explanations at every step from all nursing and consultant teams. At times staff have gone above and beyond to help answer questions, phoning me back at home once they obtained the answer for me. I feel very much as if I matter as a patient and that's really all we want! Thank you.
