"Audiology repair"

About: Pontefract General Infirmary

I had an 8.45 am appointment Monday 12th May. The female member of staff that dealt with the repair was abrupt, aggressive and showed no compassion when I discussed my individual hearing issues. I came home and cried. I have been hearing impaired for 20 years and have never received such cold service.
