What I liked

Due to eye troubles I have visited, and had a number of minor operations, at Hull on at least 20 occasions in the last 12 months. I cannot praise the team in the Eye Clinic and the Eye Hospital enough. From the consultant, to the nurses, to the always friendly and helpful admin/reception team, everyone has made what has been a very difficult time much easier, and the treatment has work wonders for my eyesight. My treatment is still ongoing but I would like everyone to know how superb the eye teams have been. People are often quick to complain, but praise should be given when deserved.

NHS Hull is the organisation responsible for deciding how much money is spent on local health services, ensuring those services are of high quality and meet local needs. Therefore, we have also informed our commissioning department of your feedback as this helps with their monitoring of the quality aspects of our contract with the trust.
