my daughter (10) has been suffering long term with nosebleeds, not just 5 min but 20 min+ and to the point it can flow out of her mouth.

she did see the specialist at our previous practice to have it resolved, but its both nostrils and would require heal time inbetween. My daughter got scared last minute and refused to have it done.

So, we have moved house and signed up to another health centre.

A few weeks ago she suffered a very heavy bleed and it was a bank holiday, so we went to the local hospital who said we should see our gp to be referred to Burton ent.

what I have just experienced at our surgery in Tamworth was disgusting the Dr. had no interest in my facts and was blaming it on colds causing them. he was resisting a referral to the point of bullying. I am in shock that you have to be so aggressive to make a Dr. listen to you in front of a 10 yr old.
