"Good quick care"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

My husband took me to Rake Lane A & E this morning (11th May) as 1 was having great difficulties with my breathing (Asthma) . I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of the service, you have to speak as you find! All of the staff were professional and friendly, and I felt better just being in their hands. I am almost 80 years old, and have done my share of complaining in the past! But I can also recognise the other side of the coin. My thanks to everyone involved. Mrs A. Rodgers
