From early in her stay we were made aware that my 82 year old mother would probably not recover from a couple of infections. Knowing this the staff especially the nurses and domestics treated our permanent prescience at her bedside with enormous patience and respect. Our thanks to the Ward 17 team, too many to name but all caring and lovely people. She passed away last Friday.
