"Over all experience off my treatment was excellent"

I was a patient admitted into the royal with chest pain. From A&E assessment through to being admitted onto the HEC unit. Firstly all staff introduce themselves, everything was explained to me of what was going to happen, bloods, ECG ect once these were completed results were relaid to me and explained. My over all experience was excellent and proud to say the NHS still works and works well in the departments that aren't being abused by time wasters. Well done to all the hard working staff .
