Found the directions within the hospital very easy to follow. Had no problem finding where I needed to be.

Upon my arrival to reception, the receptionist was working on the computer and there was no acknowledgment that I was stood there. I waited about 5 minutes before she addressed me. And then, I didn't find her manner to be the most pleasant. This is a real let down when you see that the more senior staff are lovely and treat you with decency.

I also find it difficult to understand why, so early in a morning, there is a major delay in waiting times. The NHS always ask patients to stick to appointments. I always make sure I am on time and do not think I've ever been seen on time yet. When a patient works full-time and has taken time off work, this is not acceptable.
