(as a relative),

At about 4 am, my wife fell heavily on her arthritic left hip and was in immediate severe pain and discomfort. She was treated at Medway hospital. They care was good in general, but they need more staff.

I was pleased to read that your wife received good treatment whilst in our care. In relation to your comment about the need for more staff all ward areas now have displayed clearly the number of staff on duty to ensure the safe well being of all our patients.
