"eye department cataract operation x 2 at Ashford..."

About: Ashford Hospital

i was quite nervous when i arrived but the staff explained what would happen, very upbeat and cheerful, the operation in my left eye was quite frightening but staff held your had during the injections, which was reassuring, taken back by upbeat staff which made it more comforting, that was 30th Jan 2014 the next op was on 10th April due to a cancellation, it was very nice to see the same staff, we had a laugh it was so relaxing, this time i had requested the same surgeon as i had read it was better to have the same, anyway i was walked down and the operation started, for some reason it did not hurt as much as the first also the team in theater were not like the first no holding your had in a cupboard doing things, but not to worry i was wheeled down back to ward cheery staff cuppa coffee then home, the staff were fantastic. also the follow up was very good just a little quote (don't fib when sending Doc a follow up letter,)ha ha
