About: Halton Hospital

Received a letter of cancellation of appointment for July on Saturday 10th May and new appointment for Monday 12th May. Obviously i couldn't ring to change the appointment but it said to go on line to do so, I have searched everywhere to try this to no avail. Therefore i have to cancel a very good day out with my autistic son to attend this appointment. i am so annoyed at that i wasn't able to rearrange this. I have stated below that i attended but it was yhe only way to put my pint of view forward

Sorry to hear about your experience. There's an appointment change form on the front page of our internet site that allows you to do this but we'll look and see if we can make that more prominent for future use. Thank you for your feedback.
