I've been twice and both times there was a delay of 30 minutes or more. Another customer had not been seen 90 minutes after his appointment time. The appointment is in the name of a senior consultant but I've been seen by juniors who don't seem to be fluent in English. The first time the staff were polite but the consultant on the visit yesterday was shockingly disinterested. My appointment lasted around 30 seconds and he spent half of that talking to a nurse about another patient. I tried to inform him that my dry eyes are causing such problems in winter that the eye drops are not relieving the soreness and I can't do my job properly because I can't see clearly as I have to apply several times an hour. I will have to stop working if it is not resolved (I've been in work almost 30 years so this is a really big issue for me) . It was obvious he could not care less and the advice was to keep using the drops as they would be working even though I thought not- like he was talking to a stupid child. Complete waste of time. Thankfully, my GP is much more helpful.
