"Excellent care"

My husband had a bit of metal go in his eye while he was using a grinder at work, he went to Worcester royal a&e where he had to wait for hours to be seen, the nurse got out the metal and sent him home with some eye cream. Six days later his eye had still not improved so he went to the Malvern Community Hospital, We have nothing but praise, within about 10 mins he was assessed he was then kept informed as to how long he would be kept waiting as the eye equipment was in use. As soon as it became available he was straight in. The original nurse had not got the metal out hence the reason there was no improvement, it took the nurses at Malvern 5 mins and it was out and his eye greatly improved within a couple of days. We felt they were very efficient polite and extremely caring. The hospital looked very clean. This service should deffinatly continue.
