"Vist to A&E after heart surgery"

On the 3rd May 2014 my father became increasing weak, he had heart bypass surgery a month ago. He was experiencing breathing difficulties. I took him into A&E, the receptionist was excellent, very caring and helped calm me down. We were seen almost immediately. The care we received was excellent. The new A&E department has been designed very well, all the staff were very knowledgeable. The attending doctor communicated very well with my father. I was very impressed with the level of care we received. The registrar explained why my father was unwell and changed his medication. Within a day my dad recovered. This was my fathers first time in A&E and has decided to make a donation to the hospital. Thank you to everyone involved in my fathers care, your the best Mr JS
